Stakeholder

A stakeholder is an individual or a collective group of individuals who possess a genuine interest and responsibility in a particular human undertaking, such as pharmacovigilance. These stakeholders are involved because they either play a role in executing decisions related to the endeavor or are directly influenced by the consequences of the actions taken.
